The bed breakfast is located in the historic centre of Rome, at a walking distance from the Termini Station, the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and the Colosseum. The apartment, situated in an ancient umbertino building, faces a garden where the Aquarium (a particular building of the same period) rises. The recently renovated building, named the Architects' House, now houses several exhibitions. Relics of IV century B.C. Roman fortifications have been brought to light by recent excavations. Two double rooms and a triple one are available, with the chance of adding a single bed. All of the bathrooms are endowed with all the necessary accessories for your stay and cured in the design and in the quality of the materials. If you love walking, you can reach the city centre on foot. In a short time you can reach the San Giovanni and Paolo Basilica or get to the Rione Monti, one of the most characteristic and ancient districts in Rome. Passing by Piazza dell’Esquilino, where you can find Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, you can go on to Via Nazionale, Piazza Barberini and Via del Corso. Going through Colle Oppio Park – rising on the vestiges of Nero’s Domus Aurea – you can reach the superb San Pietro in Vincoli Basilica, where you can admire the Mose by Michelangelo, the Colosseum and then Via dei Fori Imperiali. The walk will be unforgettable for its special charm and its relaxing atmosphere which will take you back to the splendour of imperial Rome. If you love comfort, you can easily reach all the city attractions – the superb squares, the shopping centres, restaurants and clubs – either by underground (by Termini and Vittorio Emanuele stations, ca. 100 mt from B&B) or by many bus lines, available in a short distance. You can’t miss a walk through the frenetic shopping in the centre such as in P.zza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Condotti, Via Veneto.
